Vitamin B12 supplements are typically derived from two sources: cyanocobalamin or methylcobalamin.
Both are nearly identical however, each have a different molecule attached to a cobalt ion. Cyanocobalamin relies on a cyanide molecule (a toxic chemical) to convert to a bioavailable form of vitamin B12 that the body can then absorb. Methylcobalamin contains a methyl group and is stable. B12 & 5-MFTF is already bioavailable, so your body may absorb it more easily and quickly.
Are you feeling more than normal fatigue, experiencing nerve issues, digestive issues or feeling you need a bit of a memory boost? Recommended treatment, if right for you, should be done 1 a week for 5 weeks. Treatment thereafter should be done once a month to maintain a healthy B12 level. Consult with your doctor and determine if B12 injections are right for you.
