Dr. Robert "Andy" Dunn
MD, MS, MHA

Andy is originally from Denver, Colorado, but now considers himself a permanent resident of Wyoming since 2009, with no plans to uproot from this wonderful state. He had an interesting path to medicine, with two graduate degrees and a stint in the minor league baseball system prior to applying for medical school. He has worked in both the inpatient and outpatient settings in Casper since 2009. Throughout his time, he has helped direct, and work, the inpatient, outpatient, and community response to COVID-19 for two years. He was Chief of Staff at Wyoming Medical Center from 2019 through 2021, Chief of Primary Care at Wyoming Health Medical Group from 2015 through 2022, and has received a numerous amount of awards, some which include the Outstanding Physician Service Award by the Natrona County Medical Society, the 2021 College National Finals Rodeo Hometown Hero Award, the Casper Police Department Community Partner Award 2021, and Physician of the Year for Wyoming Medical Center in 2013. Motivated by the call to help everyone no matter the circumstance or issue, Dr. Dunn finds inspiration from the Norman Rockwell painting ‘Doctor and The Doll’ which depicts a doctor listening to a young child’s doll to ease the child’s “white coat syndrome”. The painting truly depicts a physician's responsibility to treat the mind, body and spirit of all patients.

Vondi, Licensed Aesthetician

Vondi Howell, a licensed aesthetician and certified technician, has over 30 years of experience. Vondi is a real pioneer of esthetics in Wyoming. She was the first aesthetician to align herself to a medical facility. She has more laser experience than any other technician in Wyoming. Her main goal is to help people look and feel their very best. With her vast knowledge in a variety of procedures, you will be able to achieve this goal. She has always been dedicated to a hands on philosophy her entire career as a business owner, thus enabling her to provide you with the best quality of care and services.

Jesika, CCMA, General Manager

Jesika's passion for skincare, health, wellness and creativity in makeup brought her to Skincare by Vondi in 2019. Jesika holds an Associate of Arts degree and a Health Science degree in Radiography. She has more than 15 years of experience in management and marketing, as well as over 25 years of experience in the skincare industry. In 2021 she began working on her certifications in various modalities within the clinic as a technician. In 2024, she received her national registry as a Clinically Certified Medical Assistant where she works under the direct supervision of Dr. Dunn. One of her more recent accomplishments is her certification through Allergan Aesthetics in Botox and Skinvive injectables. She continues to build her certifications in aesthetics and hopes to further her knowledge in health and wellness. She believes in a team building concept for the best possible customer experience in a medical spa setting.
